Defense Logistics Agency Proposes Changes to System of Records Subject to the Privacy Act of 1974

The Defense Logistics Agency plans to implement changes to a system of records without prior notice, effective October 21, 1999, unless comments are received. The agency submitted a proposed system report to the House Committee on Government Reform, the Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs, and the Office of Management and Budget.
