EPA Proposes Settlement for Davis Drum Burial Site in Mississippi

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a settlement for the Davis Drum Burial Site in Shubuta, Mississippi, which includes a covenant not to sue the settling party, Mr. Ronald U. Davis, and allows for recovery of past and future response costs.
