EPA Reopens Comment Period for Pesticide Tolerance Processing Fees Proposal

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the public comment period for its proposed rule to revise pesticide tolerance processing fees by 45 days, from September 7, 1999, to November 1, 1999, in response to concerns about the economic complexity of the proposal.
