90-Day Finding for White Abalone Petition

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is conducting a 90-day review of a petition to list the white abalone (Haliotis sorenseni) as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act (ESA), following receipt of substantial scientific and commercial information indicating potential listing.
