FSA Extends Expiration Date for Prehearing Proceedings and Decisions by Attorney Advisors

The Social Security Administration (SSA) has extended the expiration date for prehearing proceedings and decisions by attorney advisors in the Office of Hearings and Appeals (OHA) from April 1, 2000, to April 2, 2001, with no changes to the substance of the rules.
