Appeal Procedure Regulation

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) and the Farm Service Agency (FSA) propose to amend general administrative regulations and appeal procedure regulations. The intended effect of the rule is to establish procedures for program participant appeals of adverse decisions made by the Risk Management Agency (RMA).
