Bureau of Prisons Proposes Amendment to Release Gratuity Regulations for Aliens

The Bureau of Prisons is proposing to limit the release gratuity available to aliens, providing $10 cash only to those released to immigration authorities for the purpose of release or transfer to a community corrections center.
