EPA Extends Tolerance for Tebuconazole in Sunflower Oil and Seeds

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended a time-limited tolerance for residues of the fungicide tebuconazole in sunflower oil and seeds for an additional year, from December 31, 2000, to December 31, 2001, in response to an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) for use on sunflowers.
