EPA Proposes Conditional Approval of New Jersey's Ozone Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to conditionally approve New Jersey's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision for ozone, which aims to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions and meet the national ambient air quality standard for ozone, as part of the Ozone Transport Commission's regional NOx Budget Trading Program.
