EPA Proposes Approval of New York's Ozone Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing approval of New York's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision for ozone, which includes a regional nitrogen oxides budget and allowance trading program aimed at reducing NOx emissions and meeting the national ambient air quality standard for ozone.
