Florida Tomato Committee Reduces Assessment Rate for Tomato Growers

The Florida Tomato Committee has lowered the assessment rate for tomato growers from $0.03 to $0.025 per 25-pound container, effective for the 1999-2000 fiscal period and beyond, to cover administrative costs of the marketing order regulating Florida-grown tomatoes.
