Republishing of Indian Health Service Eligibility Regulations

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is republishing the currently effective Indian Health Service eligibility regulations in the Federal Register, as the codified regulations are currently under a congressional moratorium. This action is taken to comply with the Administrative Procedure Act and ensure the Code of Federal Regulations contains currently effective regulations.
