Student Assistance General Provisions

The Secretary amends the loan default reduction and prevention measures in the Student Assistance General Provisions regulations in 34 CFR part 668. These regulations reflect changes made by the Higher Education Amendments of 1998 to the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA).
