EPA Partially Stays Revocation of Propargite Tolerances on Apples and Plums

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has partially stayed the revocation of tolerances for propargite on apples and plums, and reinstated the tolerances for those commodities until November 18, 1999. This decision was made in response to an objection filed by an individual, which requested a modification to the effective date of the revocation rule.
