NIST Director Requests Comments on Proposed Guidance for Federal Conformity Assessment Activities

The Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking public input on a proposed addition to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) that outlines guidance for Federal conformity assessment activities, following the enactment of the National Technology Transfer and Advancement Act of 1995.
