Defense Logistics Agency Proposes Alteration to System of Records Notice Under Privacy Act of 1974

The Defense Logistics Agency plans to implement changes to a system of records notice without prior notice, effective December 6, 1999, unless comments are received that may lead to a different decision. Comments can be submitted to the Privacy Act Officer at the specified address or phone number.
