National Park Service Extends Public Review Period for Winter Use Plan in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks

The National Park Service is extending the public review period for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Winter Use Plan in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks and John D. Rockefeller, Jr., Memorial Parkway, Wyoming, until December 1, 1999.
