EPA Approves Arizona State Implementation Plan Revisions, Ends Sanctions Clock

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made an interim final determination that the State of Arizona has corrected the deficiencies that started a sanctions clock on April 30, 1998, effectively ending the imposition of sanctions, including an offset sanction and a highway sanction.
