Request for Comments and OMB Approval

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Research and Special Programs Administration's (RSPA) published a notice requesting extension of an information collection in support of the Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) for Response Plans for Onshore Oil Pipelines (64 CFR 46746 August 26, 1999). No comments were received. The public is being given another 30 days to provide comments on this information collection.
