Federal Transit Administration Amends Regulations to Clarify Deputy Administrator's Role

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) has updated its regulations to confirm that the Deputy Administrator acts as the Administrator's primary deputy and assumes acting authority when the Administrator is absent, in line with the Federal Vacancies Reform Act of 1998.
