U.S. EPA Proposes Disapproval of Michigan's New Source Review State Implementation Plan Revisions

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to disapprove revisions to Michigan's New Source Review State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) in 1993, 1996, 1998, and 1998, which are required under the Clean Air Act (CAA) amendments of 1990.
