Agency Announces Submission of Information Collection Request for Community Right-to-Know Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comment on its proposed Community Right-to-Know Reporting Requirements under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), which is set to expire on January 31, 2000, and is currently under review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
