Army Releases Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Oakland Army Base Disposal and Reuse

The US Army has released a draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) for the proposed disposal and reuse of Oakland Army Base in California, in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the President's Council on Environmental Quality.
