FERC Requires Companies to Designate Corporate Officials for Service of Pleadings

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is updating its regulations to require companies regulated by the Commission to designate a corporate official or person to receive service of certain pleadings, and to file updated contact information with the Commission.
