DoD Extends Small Business Subcontracting Plans Test Program

The Director of Defense Procurement has issued a final rule to extend the DoD test program for negotiation of comprehensive small business subcontracting plans for an additional 5 years, as mandated by Section 817 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2000.
