Mitsubishi Model YS-11 and YS-11A Series Airplanes: New Airworthiness Directive Adopted

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a new airworthiness directive (AD) requiring Mitsubishi Model YS-11 and YS-11A series airplanes to revise their Airplane Flight Manuals to include procedures for activating airframe pneumatic deicing boots, following reports of inflight incidents and an accident in icing conditions.
