FAA Releases Technical Report on Propulsion System and APU-Related Aircraft Safety Hazards

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has released a technical report on propulsion system and auxiliary power unit (APU) related aircraft safety hazards, compiled from a study by the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) in 1991, which identified methods to identify, prioritize, and resolve safety-related problems on commercial aircraft engines.
