Acid Rain Program: Acid Rain Compliance Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency is issuing, as a direct final action, nitrogen oxides (NO X ) compliance plans in accordance with the Acid Rain Program regulations (40 CFR parts 72 and 76). Because the Agency does not anticipate receiving adverse comments, the compliance plans are being issued as a direct final action.
