FLRA Proposes Amendment to EAJA Attorney Fees Regulations

The Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) is proposing to update its regulations under the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA) to include an inflation-based adjustment for attorney fees, allowing for a cost of living increase to the maximum rate, and enabling applicants to request fee increases based on special factors.
