Bureau of Reclamation Extends Comment Period for Elephant Butte/Caballo Resource Management Plan

The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, is extending the public comment period for its Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Elephant Butte/Caballo New Mexico Reservoirs Resource Management Plan (RMP) until a later date, following a recent request from stakeholders.
