General Operating and Flight Rules; Airports/Locations Special Operating Restrictions; Amendment

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has amended its general operating and flight rules to update the list of airports with special operating restrictions. The changes include adding Covington, KY, and revising the entries for Houston, TX, and Washington, DC, to reflect the correct identification of applicable airports.
