Bureau of Reclamation Proposes Long-Term Water Service Agreements for California's Central Valley Wildlife Refuges

The Bureau of Reclamation is proposing to enter into long-term water service agreements with California's Central Valley wildlife refuges to provide up to Level 4 water supplies, as mandated by the Central Valley Project Improvement Act and in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
