U.S. Department of Agriculture to Grant Exclusive License to AgriVir, LLC for Insect-Resistant Agricultural Commodities

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has announced its intention to grant AgriVir, LLC, an exclusive license to use a patented insect-resistant composition for agricultural commodities, as outlined in U.S. Patent No. 5,023,182, issued on June 11, 1991.
