Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Adopts Final Alteration to Thrift Savings Plan Records System

The Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board has finalized a change to its records system, adding categories for spouses, former spouses, and beneficiaries of Thrift Savings Plan participants, as proposed by the Board's Executive Director.
