EPA Publishes Revisions to Class V Underground Injection Control Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is introducing new rules to protect underground sources of drinking water by banning certain types of Class V injection wells, including those used for motor vehicle waste disposal, and requiring well owners and operators to obtain permits to continue using them.
