Coast Guard Issues Temporary Deviation for San Francisco 3rd Street Bridge

The US Coast Guard has temporarily exempted the 3rd Street Bridge in San Francisco from opening for vessel passage from December 1, 1999, to January 31, 2000, to facilitate seismic retrofit and rehabilitation work.
