EPA Proposes to Remove Phosphoric Acid from Toxic Chemical Reporting Requirements

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to delist phosphoric acid from the Emergency Planning and Community-Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) reporting requirements, following a court ruling that overturned the agency's initial denial of a petition by The Fertilizer Institute (TFI).
