Office of Bilingual Education: Program Development and Implementation Grants Program

On November 17, 1999, a notice inviting applications for new awards for FY 2000 was published in the Federal Register (64 FR 62949 through 62969). This notice was a complete application package and contained all of the information; application forms and instructions needed to apply for a grant under this program. There were five items inadvertently omitted from the application package. They are Project Documentation, Group Application Certification, Student Data, Instructions for Form 524 and a list of Empowerment Zones and Enterprise Communities. All have been included as attachments to this correction notice. In addition, the copy of ED Forms No. 524 (Budget Information for Non-Construction Programs) has expired and a copy of the new form is also included as an attachment to this notice.
