Notice of Intent

Notice is hereby given that the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will amend the Judith-Valley-Phillips Resource Management Plan (RMP) and the West HiLine RMP with respect to management of public lands in Blaine and Fergus Counties. The BLM proposes exchanging 6595.68 acres of Federal surface estate in Blaine and Fergus Counties for State trust land within the Crow Indian Reservation in Big Horn and Yellowstone Counties as a part of Phase 3 of the Crow Boundary Settlement Act Land Exchange.
