National Park Service Extends Public Review Period for Winter Use Plan in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks

The National Park Service is extending the public review period for the Winter Use Plan Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks and John D. Rockefeller, Jr., Memorial Parkway in Wyoming until December 15, 1999, following an initial extension to December 1, 1999.
