FDIC Publishes Adjusted Maximum Civil Money Penalties

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is publishing the adjusted maximum amounts of civil money penalties (CMPs) under its jurisdiction, as required by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990, following a four-year review period.
