EPA Proposes Conditional Approval of Wisconsin's Ozone Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to conditionally approve Wisconsin's 1-hour ozone attainment demonstration State Implementation Plan for the Milwaukee-Racine area, pending the state's adoption of necessary air pollution control regulations by December 31, 2000.
