EPA Announces Mobile Source Outreach Assistance Competition for Fiscal Year 2000

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking proposals from state, local, multi-state, and tribal air pollution control agencies to fund public education and outreach projects related to mobile sources, with funding to be allocated through a competitive process.
