Agusta S.p.A. Model AB412 Helicopters to Address Fatigue Failure Issue

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued an airworthiness directive requiring the removal and replacement of certain main rotor yokes on Agusta S.p.A. Model AB412 helicopters to address fatigue failure concerns, which could lead to loss of control if left uncorrected.
