US Department of Commerce Postpones Preliminary Results of DRAMs Antidumping Duty Review

The US Department of Commerce has extended the deadline for preliminary results of an administrative review of antidumping duties on DRAMs from South Korea, originally set for April 30, 1999, due to impracticalities in meeting the mandated timeframe under the Tariff Act of 1930.
