EPA to Grant Exclusive Patent License for Portable Controlled Air Sampler

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has announced its intent to grant an exclusive, royalty-bearing patent license for the 'Portable Controlled Air Sampler' to the Lane Regional Air Pollution Authority, with the license to be negotiated in accordance with federal regulations.
