NSA/CSS Revises Freedom of Information Act Regulation to Align with Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments

The National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA/CSS) has revised its regulation on disclosing information under the Freedom of Information Reform Act of 1986 to conform to the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996, incorporating Department of Defense guidance on implementing the amended law.
