EPA Proposes Settlement Agreement to Address Clean Air Act Lawsuit

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a proposed partial consent decree with the US District Court for the District of Columbia to settle a lawsuit filed by several environmental groups, including the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), over EPA's alleged failure to meet a Clean Air Act deadline.
