Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Comment Request

In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.) The Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians (OST) announces a request for public comment from Indian Tribes concerning the renewal of Information Collection authorization. We will be submitting a request to the Office of Management and Budget to extend authorization for OMB Control Nos. 1035-0001, 1035-0002, and 1035-0003. The information collection allows us to collect documents associated with tribes withdrawing their funds held in trust and applying for technical assistance to withdraw funds under 25 CFR 1200.
