Library of Congress Announces Rate Reduction for Satellite Carrier Statutory License

The Library of Congress has reduced royalty rates for satellite carriers under the section 119 statutory license, lowering them from 27 cents to 14.85 cents for network stations and 18.9 cents for superstations, as mandated by the Intellectual Property and Communications Omnibus Reform Act.
